Shipping & Returns

Summer Shipping Policy

To protect the integrity of fine wine during periods of extreme heat, all ground shipments are automatically placed on hold during the summer months.

Estate Wine Brokers provides complimentary temperature-controlled storage for all ground orders until weather conditions permit safe shipment. Once temperatures moderate, orders will be released for shipment in the order they were received.

Shipping Information

Estate Wine Brokers ships all orders via FedEx, and shipping rates are calculated based on package weight.

At this time, we are licensed to ship wine to the following states and territories:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY.

We do not directly ship alcoholic beverages outside the United States. However, we do work with 3rd Party Shipping Providers to accommodate high-value international orders. Contact us for further information.

Because all wine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery, someone 21 years of age or older must be available to receive the package. For this reason, we cannot ship wine to P.O. Boxes.

FedEx Hold Locations

Please note that wine shipments cannot be redirected after they leave our warehouse. If you would like your order held at a local FedEx location for pickup, that FedEx location must be entered as the shipping address at the time the order is placed.

Checkout Assistance

Experiencing difficulties during checkout?

Please verify that your billing address matches the address associated with your payment method. Incorrect billing information is the most common cause of checkout issues.

As an alternative, we are happy to store your wine free of charge in our temperature-controlled cellar until conditions are suitable for safe shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to addresses within the State of Texas.
