Cirq Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 2022 750ml

Michael Browne, co-founder of Kosta Browne, launched Cirq to focus on what made his name: richly expressive Pinot Noir from Sonoma's Russian River Valley. The 2022 is a blend of more than ten clones, including Pommard, Swan, Calera and several Dijon selections, aged 15 months in French oak with a small portion of whole clusters. Jeb Dunnuck awarded it 98 points, praising its "fantastic depth." Ripe cherry liqueur, raspberry and forest berries meet rose petal, violet, cola, orange zest and toasty cedar spice on a creamy, full-bodied palate with fine-grained tannins. Delicious now, it should drink well for the next 15 to 20 years.
