Jayson Woodbridge's Hundred Acre is one of Napa Valley's cult Cabernet Sauvignon estates, and Few and Far Between is among its rarest sites: a parcel of only about five acres next to the famed Eisele Vineyard, south of Calistoga, on volcanic rock and white volcanic ash. The 2013, from a celebrated Napa vintage, received a perfect 100 points from Wine Advocate, which compared it to "a Château Latour on steroids." It includes a small portion of Cabernet Franc and spent 32 months in barrel, building layer upon layer of dark fruit and a finish that lasts well over a minute. Already drinking well, it has the stuffing to keep for 35 to 40 years.
