Hundred Acre Few and Far Between Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 750ml

Jayson Woodbridge's Hundred Acre is one of Napa's cult names, and Few and Far Between is its single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Calistoga, alongside Kayli Morgan and Ark. The 2016 earned perfect 100-point scores from both Wine Advocate and Jeb Dunnuck. A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, it bursts with dried cherry, boysenberry preserves and blackcurrant pastille, joined by charcuterie, chocolate mint, rose oil, licorice and cardamom. Rich and full-bodied yet tightly knit, it shows great tension and layers of minerals, dark fruit and florals. Wine Advocate summed it up as "incredibly perfumed." Give it a few years, then enjoy over two decades.
