Kistler Vineyards has been one of Sonoma's benchmark names for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir since the late 1970s, and its single-vineyard wines are made with a distinctly Burgundian approach. Cuvée Natalie comes from the Silver Belt Vineyard within the cool Sonoma Coast appellation, a bottling prized for its lifted aromatics and fine structure. The 2021 vintage was a dry, low-yielding year across Sonoma, producing small berries with concentrated flavor and fresh acidity. Expect a perfumed, red-fruited Pinot Noir with cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, floral and spice notes, and a silky, mineral-tinged finish. Approachable now with a little air, it should drink well through the early 2030s.
